J & C Engineering, together with the Department of Health and the Eskom, Matla clinic on site held a very successful Employee Health Awareness.
The campaign was held on Friday 29 September 2017. All contractors on site were invited to partake in the event. Tests that were carried out were blood pressure,
heart rate, blood sugar and HIV tests. All tests were taken voluntary.
Over 150 employees from Eskom, J & C and other contractors partook in the event.
Special mention must go to Neo Mogomane and Lebo Lekwana for the effort they put in to make the day a success. Once the employees got tested lunch and cold drinks were available for them. J & C along with the Department of Health handed out note pads, water bottles, pens and condoms.
The theme for the day was “Your greatest wealth is your health”.
