Mini Electrostatic Precipitators

For gas volumes from 5,500 Am³/h,  we offer  Mini Electrostatic Precipitators in 3 different sizes. In addition, there are two versions to choose from:

  • Version with ash removal screw conveyor and rotary valve.

  • Version with dust bins located directly below the filter hopper.

The Mini Electrostatic Precipitator was developed for Small Boiler Plants up to 1,3MW with biomass gasification. Due to its low installation height, the Mini ESP can be installed directly inside the boiler house.

Quick Access

The maintenance door (located at the rear) is equipped with quick release catches. Built for gas temperatures up to 300°C.

Our standard design can be individually adapted to conditions at hand.

Energy-efficient

Compared to filter separators, the Mini ESP uses significantly less energy. With its state of the art high voltage control technology, the ESP can also claim superior separation efficiency.
