Mr Joseph Edward Peel, Managing Director of J & C Engineering, has over 25 years Engineering Experience. His passion and expertise have contributed to the success of J & C Engineering since his appointment as Managing Director in 1991. Under his leadership the company has been awarded numerous industry awards and accreditations and is firmly established as a market leader in the field of Industrial Engineering Solutions.

Dudu PandelaManaging Director

Mrs. Duduzile Bonisiwe Pandela, Managing Director of J & C Engineering. Mrs. Pandela has been with J&C Engineering for over 20 years and has extensive experience within our Industry.

Mrs. Pandela has been a minority Shareholder and Director since 2010, however, when the opportunity arose in March, 2017 to empower and transform J & C Engineering to a 51% Black Women Owned Engineering Company; Mrs. Pandela immediately seized the opportunity to increase her Shareholding from 11% to 51%, which reflects in her ambition and belief in the future success of J&C Engineering.
Mr JE Peel was proud to hand over this position to Mrs Pandela.

Dr Norbert Seyfert (Dr Eng.)Design & Technology Director

Dr Seyfert, Design & Technology Director of J & C Engineering, boasts a wealth of global experience in Engineering and Science. He holds a Bachelor Mech. Engineering from Stuttgart University, a Masters Process Engineering from TU München and a Thesis Dr Eng. “Lehrstuhl für Thermische Kraftanlagen” also from TU München.
